Our Squirrel Data Management and Business Process Management Suite can manage everything from a Helpdesk or Customer Care organization to Field Team tracking and Lifecycle Asset Management.

With the ability to consume field reporting from Acorn, Squirrel can create projects or tickets based on inputs in the field reports and then follow escalation or notification workflows keeping multiple users and groups on track with dependencies and timelines.
